In the event of agent failure, data corruption, or malicious policy injection, iDAOs can restore previous working states using:

• Snapshot Restore: Revert to a prior config state (manually or via governance)

• Incremental Rollback: Undo only the last change (e.g., a faulty policy update)

• Full Wipe & Re-deploy: Retire the iDAO and restore from backup with corrected settings

Snapshots are:

• Timestamped

• Cryptographically verifiable

• Limited to creator/operator access unless unlocked by governance
