Spending Throttles: Define hard caps per transaction, per agent, or per time frame
Contract Whitelisting: Agents can only call approved addresses/contracts
Staking Locks: Agents executing financial actions may require staked $AIDAO to back their permissions
Slashing Triggers: If an agent violates policy or misuses funds, slashing is triggered against the stake backing it (if configured)
