Policy Safeguards

Policies are the core guardrails of any iDAO. Lunexa enforces strict validation during policy creation and updates.

Preventive controls:

• Simulation Required: Any policy update must simulate the outcome before going live

• Hard Limits: Certain risk categories (e.g., treasury drain) have absolute caps baked in

• Escalation Mandates: Some actions require mandatory escalation unless explicitly overridden

• Multi-Step Review: Optional two-step change flow for high-risk settings (draft → review → apply)
