Lunexa includes optional Watchdog Agents meta-agents tasked with monitoring other agents and raising flags based on:
Action frequency anomalies
Decision inconsistency (e.g., same input, different output)
Spending spikes
Escalation failure (when an agent should have escalated but didn’t)
Watchdogs do not act. They observe, log, and notify Operators or Governors.
