Proposal Flow (iDAOs)

A typical governance proposal within an iDAO follows this flow:

  1. Draft: Operator or Governor submits a change (e.g., raise finance agent limit from 10 ETH → 15 ETH)

  2. Review: Configurable review period begins (off-chain or on-chain discussion)

  3. Vote: Stakeholders vote using defined governance model

  4. Execution: If approved, action is executed on-chain via iDAO’s governance executor

  5. Audit Log: All changes recorded immutably with proposer, vote result, and execution timestamp
