What is Lunexa ?
Lunexa is an open protocol for creating, deploying, and managing intelligent decentralized organizations (iDAOs) i.e companies that run themselves using a system of configurable on-chain agents. Lunexa is a purpose-built on chain infrastructure layer designed to let anyone build agent-powered companies that can operate continuously, on-chain without human staff.
At a high level:
Creators use Lunexa to spin up iDAOs using pre-defined or custom agent modules.
Agents handle execution across departments including operations, treasury, hiring, reporting, or external coordination.
Governance and override tools allow for structured control and intervention when needed.
$AIDAO, the native token, is used for governance, configuration, staking, and agent access.
Key Characteristics of Lunexa:
Runs on top of existing smart contract platforms (Ethereum, L2s, etc).
Includes a structured dashboard for setup, deployment, and control.
Supports phased autonomy starting from assisted agents to full self-governance.
Enables fine-grained control via policy layers, permissions, and fail-safe triggers.
In short, Lunexa gives you a way to launch a company that can:
Hire contractors
Manage a budget
Run campaigns
Handle support
Distribute earnings…without needing a team on payroll.
