Agent Retirement

Agents can be retired when:

• Their function is no longer needed

• Performance is degraded or unstable

• Organizational structure changes

• Governance vote mandates removal

Retired agents:

• Are disabled and removed from active registry

• Have their logs and memory preserved for audit

• May be archived or permanently deleted (configurable)
